My IPhone fought gravity, and gravity won. As a result I couldn't turn it on, despite getting the Apple icon taunting me! I brought it in to CMS, and CJ was awesome! He immediately outlined the most likely candidates, his plan of attack, and how much it would cost (depending on the actual problem). "Come back in 90 minutes" (since he also needed to replace the camera!). I came back in 75 and it was all done, working better than ever. He even replaced the charging connector to avoid future problems. I wish all my customer service interactions were this great!

I had just had my daughter’s 10th generation iPad screen fixed here. We had top notch service. It was move in weekend at the U of I so campus/Green street was PACKED. I still had quick, kind, great service. Will definitely be using this service again. (Well, hopefully not because hopefully we don’t break anything else. But we have kids so I’m sure they’ll break something. So when they do, this is where we’ll go).

Thought I had a crack in my iPhone screen, took it to CJ and he showed me how my phone had a screen protector on it (I didn't realize it had one, I bought it renewed on Amazon and they must have put one on it). I appreciated his honesty, the fix was quick and cheap. He took off the cracked protector and put on a new one for $15. Took 5 minutes. I appreciate his friendliness and honesty. I will come back for any other issues, CJ has earned my trust and appreciation.

CJ is a genuinely nice guy and a wonderful technician. He gave me good advice on my laptop repair, even though he could have made a few bucks at my expense. I would recommend Campus Mobile Solutions if you want an honest review and a fair price for your laptops.

Easy to find and get to, and a straightforward process. CJ was awesome, answered all my questions, performed great work on my phone's screen, back glass, and battery. Since I don't have an Apple or Samsung phone, I was worried about finding someine who could help with my OnePlus, but it was a breeze. There's plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance to use while you wait. Transparent, communicative, and flexible, I'll gladly make the hour drive anytime I need device repair!
